Our society is well-maintained, but dealing with civic issues like drainage in the monsoon can be a headache.

We bought a flat here years ago becuase it was green and peaceful but over-commercialization has eaten into the green cover and peace.

This area is great for someone who enjoys the city lifestyle. But if you're sensitive to noise or looking for peace, it might not be your vibe.

Ideal for investors focused on furnished rentals or corporate leases. The area attracts a lot of professionals.

Water pressure and parking availability is not that great. I have to park my car around 500m away from my house. This is a big hassle during rainy days.
