Built our house here back in the early 2000s. Still staying. Roads have improved and more shops have come up. It's a residential-friendly area with good access to everything. Only thing, new construction has increased traffic slightly.

Moved here recently for my job in Andheri. Commute by train is convenient, but traffic on roads is slow during peak hours. The society I stay in is peaceful and has decent security. Not many food joints nearby, but basic stuff is close. Feels like a calm pocket inside a busy suburb.

As an investor from Pune, I found Kanti Park a solid mid-budget option in Borivali. It’s not flashy. Rentals are stable, and demand is constant. Not much scope for dramatic price growth, but great for steady income and value hold.

Living here for over 12 years. Kanti Park has changed a lot but still keeps its peaceful charm. It’s clean, green, and you feel safe walking even late evening. Markets are nearby and the neighbours are warm. Feels like a proper community.

Flats here are a bit old. Rent is manageable, but interiors need work. Streets are narrow in some parts, and finding parking is tough unless your building has it. But it’s a quiet area with families, so no disturbance. Good for those who just want a peaceful space.
