Been here since 2021 with my family and totally love the area. what i love the most is you will never feel alone here. there's always something to do. events, libraries, bookshops, cafes, or even temples to visit. everything's within reach.
Rent is a bit high here but it kind of justifies because the area has a solid infrastructure. but what I hate is the unpaved roads and lack of proper civic amenities. Internal lanes get waterlogged easily and they're very narrow considering the increase in population. It's starting to feel very congested
The location is central so gives you good ROI but you have to wait. There isn't quick returns. Rental demand is great though
