I loved walking through Austin Town. The locality has colonial-era buildings, churches, and a peaceful vibe amidst the hustle of central Bangalore. I felt so relaxed being here and would love to stay here for a few days.

Lived here for 2 years and must say that the locality is great for working professionals. It is close to Indiranagar and Koramangala, with decent rental prices and local markets. Traffic congestion did bother me a lot but its okay. The entire city faces this issue so I am accustomed to it now. LOL

I feel investing in Austin Town makes more sense for long-term returns. It’s close to hotspots but still has a residential character. Good for getting rental income.

I stayed with roommates here for almost three years. The area has affordable flats, provides decent connectivity to major tech hubs. Streets are a bit old-school, but vibe is good. The inner lanes however remain dirty so I hope local authorities will focus on the matter and get it resolved.

Property prices rising steadily here. Not overly commercial yet, making it attractive for those looking for a quiet, central base. I am sure I will enjoy good ROI out of my property in the future, but as of now, I am happy with the rental income. Limited public transport is a challenge here but overall, its a good area.
