I’ve been staying near 1st Cross Road for about eight months. It’s close to my office on Richmond Road, which saves me time. There are small cafes and food joints around, and everything is walkable. But parking is always a problem.

1st Cross Road is a pocket that holds value quietly. It’s central, well-connected, and properties here don’t stay unsold for long. Rent returns are decent. Good long-term hold.

Been staying in our house near 1st Cross Road for over 20 years. It’s a lovely neighborhood with old trees and familiar faces. Traffic has increased over time, but it’s still quieter than nearby main roads. The charm hasn’t gone.

The area around 1st Cross Road is decent for young professionals. You won’t find huge apartment complexes, but there are lots of old independent houses turned into PGs and rentals. Clean surroundings and quick access to main roads is a plus.

This stretch has held its ground well. Roads are narrow but manageable. Cleanliness is okay. Sometimes a bit dusty in dry season. But safety and walkability are excellent. Lots of families around, so it feels secure.
