I had been following NoBroker Interiors on social media for a while before I finally decided to take the plunge and renovate my apartment. I'm so glad I did. Their designer was incredibly talented and had a great understanding of my aesthetic preferences right from our first meeting. She presented me with three different design concepts, and I fell in love with one of them immediately. The execution was smooth, and the team was very professional throughout. For us, the most important thing was finding a team that would listen to our requirements instead of imposing a particular style. We had a great experience working with our interior designer Abida Anjum. She was very cooperative, understanding, and patient throughout the design phase and material selection. What we especially appreciated was her practical approach—she was clear about what would work well and what might not, which helped us make informed decisions. She also took the effort to show us relevant examples, making it easier for us to visualise and understand the design concepts before making decisions. At times, we felt that managing multiple projects within similar timelines may have limited the scope for her to explore and bring out more creative ideas. However, throughout the process, she remained supportive and approachable. Overall, it was a great journey working with her, and we truly appreciate the effort, guidance, and understanding she brought to our home project.

NoBroker Interiors was a good experience overall. The process was a little complicated at times, but the execution was quite good. The two people who were always willing to help and genuinely understand our concerns were Mounika and Manoj. Mounika, as the designer, did an excellent job of understanding our requirements, incorporating our ideas, and making sure everything was in place. Manoj, as the Project Manager, was always available to step in, co-ordinate with multiple teams and resolve any issues during execution. Both of them were highly professional throughout the project and made sure the interior work was completed on time. The only suggestion I would have is for NoBroker Interiors to consider having an in-house team of carpenters, cleaners, and floor-protection, etc professionals. This could make the execution process even smoother and more seamless for customers.

Working with Faiza Anjum, the designer assigned to my project by NoBroker, has genuinely been a great experience. She is exceptionally professional, mature and, above all, deeply empathetic towards her clients. What stands out most is her remarkable patience and the calm, composed way in which she responds—even while handling a demanding workload. Her approach gives the client a sense of reassurance that is sometimes difficult to find. There may occasionally be delayed responses or unattended calls, but Faiza’s involvement has a way of making those concerns fade into the background. The moment she is engaged, confidence is restored—not merely because she responds, but because she listens, understands the concern, and gives you the confidence to stay invested and look forward to the next stage of progress. That, in many ways, is how I see Faiza’s role in this project. Her contribution was limited to design part but always remain most visible part of the process, her presence, patience and ownership provide a sense of stability that makes a significant difference to the overall experience. The experience was good , however it could have been beneficial to the customer if all teams work unitedly because end of the day they belong to one unit which is “No Brokers”.There were initial hiccups where people were slightly confused when the information was getting exchanged between teams which is ok but things could have been better and i hope my feedback would help them improvise better.Having said all of above once the materials were delivered Project Manager Sayeed Rizwaan took the complete responsibility of getting the work completed in a phased manner . Most of the work got completed within the given time which is well appreciated . He also coordinated and communicated on time which was very critical and important to Me by posting updates and photos in the group. So thank you ! What i liked about the no brokers is the Quality Check which they perform at the end of the project to ensure that they fix all loopholes . The work looks elegant simple and sober and am happy with it !

Overall the experience was good, although the process took more of our time than expected. Our designer, Rajesh, supported us with the designs and did a decent job; however there are opportunities to improve like transparency, being receptive, timeline management and overall efficiency. Greater visibility into the process from a customer's perspective would help make the design process smoother.

Had a really good experience with NoBroker Interiors. Overall, the execution was smooth and the team was very cooperative throughout the work. A special mention to Sai, who did a great job coordinating and executing the work. He was approachable, understood our requirements, and was always ready to help whenever we had any changes or concerns. He also made sure the work was progressing properly and that the finishing was good. There were a few minor things here and there, which is normal with any interior work, but the team was responsive and got them sorted out. Overall, we are happy with how our home turned out. I like the process here. During design, Vamshi has explained each details very clearly about material, finish, mechanism. We came to know lot of things and able to design our home interior with confidence. Eventhough we told multiple changes, no broker accommodated all and we are satisfied with the final design. Thankyou
