Out of approximately 3,847.000 hectares of cultivated land, 255,000 hectares of agricultural land in Haryana are uncultivated. Most landowners leave farm lands barren, which are available to buyers at a lower price. Last month, during my land purchase in Gurgaon, I researched for the ongoing pricing. I found 1 acre land price in Gurgaon on average starts at Rs. 3 crore. I have shared the pricing for a few plots I shortlisted for my purchase.

What is the Latest Price of 1 Acre Land in Gurgaon 2025?

In Gurgaon, the price of one acre of land has increased significantly in recent years. It varies based on the particular area, the land type, its fertility, and the amenities offered. Here are the latest pricing of a few plots in Gurgaon which I shortlisted last month.

Pataudi Road

Rs. 76.9 lakh per acre

Rohtak-Bhiwani Highway

Rs. 3 crore per acre

Vatika Westin Sohna Resort

Rs. 3 crore per acre

Rs. 6 crore per acre

Last year, when I was looking to buy agricultural land, I was searching for places where the investment would be better and I decided to buy one in Gurgaon. I found some interesting plots and came across the 1 acre price in Gurgaon. I have researched enough and came to an understanding of the location and the pricing. 

How Much is the Cost of 1 Acre Land in Gurgaon?

If you're curious about the cost of 1 acre, it really depends on the location and development around it. Let me share what I discovered:

  • For instance, I came across a listing for agricultural land near Vatika Westin Sohna Resort, which was priced at Rs.3 crore for 1 acre. This place is semi-developed, has a boundary wall, and is part of a secure community, so the price reflects those added features. 

  • Another plot in Raheja Riyasat Hills, Sector 95B, was priced at around Rs.5 crore for 1 acre. This one stood out because it came with rainwater harvesting, solar systems, and even a compost plant.

  • One of the more luxurious options I found was in Sohna Road for Rs.6 crore per acre. It had everything from power backup to a constructed boundary wall. 

  • However, if you're looking for something at a slightly lower price, there's a plot in Shanti Kunj, Sohna, available for around Rs.5 crore for 2 acres, which works out to about Rs.2.5 crore per acre.

So, depending on the location and the amenities included, the cost of 1 acre in Gurgaon can range from Rs.3 crore to Rs.6 crore. It was an eye-opening experience researching this, and I hope this helps you get an idea of the price of 1 acre land in gurgaon if you're considering buying land in the area.
