What is plot price in Channasandra, Whitefield?

Channasandra is located in the eastern part of Bangalore near Whitefield. It is currently a part of KR Puram Vidhan Sabha Constituency. It is currently in a developing phase, however, Channasandra is known to house some of the well-planned residential projects due to its proximity to IT/ITes hubs. Many people are already investing in flats or plots in this area. I am not very sure about the exact price about the plots. But, I had enquired about the rates a few months ago for one of relatives and at that time, the plot rates in Channasandra were between Rs. 1300-1400/sq ft. I don’t think the prices have changed much since then.
