• After this, I had to fill out an online form by entering my name, phone number, email ID, whether I am an existing customer or not, along with other details like my state, district, city, and branch name

• Followed by entering the CAPTCHA code and finally clicked on the submit button

• This provided me with a reference number, to use it in order to track the status of my loan application
