If your e-khata contains an incorrect schedule, you can apply for correction through the applicable local authority's online property portal. Access your account, choose the e-khata correction or modification option, and provide the accurate property details with supporting documents, including the sale deed and current e-khata. The submitted information will be verified by the authority, which will update the schedule once the correction request is approved.
How Can You Correct the E-Khata Schedule Online?
Visit the official BBMP/GBA E-Aasthi portal and log in using your registered mobile number and OTP.
Access the available option for filing corrections on the final e-Khata.
Select the relevant property using the Property ID or EPID.
Identify the incorrect schedule details that need correction.
Compare the existing details with your registered sale deed and other property records.
Enter the accurate schedule information as reflected in the supporting documents.
Upload the registered sale deed, latest property tax receipt, existing e-Khata, approved plan, or other applicable documents.
Submit the correction application after reviewing all information carefully.
BBMP/GBA revenue officials will examine the submitted documents and cross-verify the property records.
Schedule or boundary corrections may receive additional scrutiny before approval.
Track the application status using the application number or EPID.
Once approved, the corrected information is updated in the final e-Khata record.
What Documents are Needed for E-Khata Schedule Correction?
The documents required depend on the nature of the schedule error. Generally, keep the registered sale deed, latest property tax receipt, existing e-Khata, approved building plan where applicable, Encumbrance Certificate if required, and government-issued identity proof ready.
If the correction involves property dimensions or boundaries, additional records may be requested for verification.
Although an online correction facility is available, some cases may still require physical submission or follow-up at the concerned BBMP/GBA office.

You must go to the BBMP e-Aasthi portal, log in with your mobile number, look for your property, and use the edit/objection options to request modifications if your e-Khata has an incorrect schedule. But, this step only works at the draft submission stage, not for the final e-Khata that’s already been issued.
If the final e-khata has wrong details because there’s currently no reliable online fix for final e-Khata errors, you’ll likely need to:
Visit the local BBMP Assistant Revenue Office (ARO) or Bangalore One centre with your e-Khata, sale deed, tax receipts, Aadhaar, and any relevant proofs.
Submit a written Khata correction request citing what’s wrong.
Provide supporting documents to prove the correct details. They will review and make changes in the system manually.
Match data before submitting your draft: names should match Aadhaar and the sale deed exactly. Clear outstanding property tax dues. Track your request via Sakala (the Karnataka service guarantee system). Hope you found this helpful.

Not really in the final issued e-Khata. Currently, BBMP does not provide a reliable online facility to correct errors in the final e-Khata once it’s been issued, even though the e-Khata system was meant to be fully digital. Many owners report that the mistakes (wrong name, address, property details) need to be fixed offline with the local revenue office. But, if you have done mistake during the draft stage, you can go to the BBMP e-Aasthi portal.

In my E Khata schedule is not correct . How to get the schedule corrected in online.?
I recently noticed that the schedule section in my E Khata has an incorrect boundary info and location details. This is worrying as the schedule is important for identifying the property within the BBMP system. I’m not sure how this happened. Has anyone here gone through the process of correcting E Khata schedule details online, without visiting the BBMP office?
