2. Once you reach the home page select your preferred language

3. You will see various options on the top of the page.

4. Click on the property search report.

5. Then select the property form, (Form A will be considered for A-Khata and Form level B is consider to be B-khata)

6. Select location of the property:- District, gram panchayat, block.

7. Enter the property id number and owner name of the property & download.

• Verify the details and select “Yes”

• A form with the details will be generated so proceed to attach annexure

• Click on “Attach annexure”

• Click on “Save annexure”

• Click on “e sign” and “Submit” next

• Click on “I agree” and then click on “OTP”

• Provide the Aadhar Number and get the OTP

• Submit the OTP received

• You will get the Acknowledgement next

• Go to the portal again and then click on “Registered users login”

• Enter the password/OTP and Captcha and then submit

• Click on “View Status of Application” then on “Track application status”

• Click on Get data

• Under Issue Documents click on “Output Certificate” and your new bbmp e khata download is complete

• Logged in with User name and Password

• After this I clicked on the “Download” menu and clicked on the “e-Signed Khata Certificate” from the drop-down menu.

• Next I selected the Khata Application number from the dropdown. 

• There are 2 options, one can click on the “Khata Certificate” to download the Khata certificate, or one can click on “Khata Extract” to download Khata extract.

This completes the BBMP Khata extract online download procedure.
