From what I know, you will have to create your account on TRACES first. Then use the following URL to access the income tax e-filing system.

Income Tax Official Website

Then use your log-in information to access the e-filing portal and choose the "See Filed TDS" option in the “TDS” tab. Then follow the process mentioned in the following answer.
