I am already having a MHADA plot (600 sq feet) in my name in Nagpur. Now my neighbor is selling his plot (600 sq feet). Can I buy his plot and have two plots for better living. The plots is sold by MHADA more than 5 years ago. Whether MHADA rules permits to buy a second plot in resale?
