How to Report Fraud in HDFC Bank?
As far as I am aware, there are two ways you can report disputed transactions or fraud. The first one is by calling HDFC Bank’s helpline number 1800 1600 or 1800 2600. This number is available throughout the country, and you need to call and state the matter.
The second process is through the net banking portal of the bank. Here is how you can do it.
Go to the
HDFC Online Dispute Resolution Portal.
Enter your mobile number and the OTP sent to it.
Choose the product type, such as debit, credit, prepaid card, etc.
Enter the last 4 digits of the card number.
Choose the merchant/ beneficiary name.
Select the disputed transaction date and write the details in a box.
Click on Submit.
