I found this while applying for a home loan at Hero Housing Finance around three months ago. I think it would be helpful for you if I also share the eligibility criteria and the process through which I took a home loan from the Hero. 

What is the Hero Housing Finance Interest Rate and Eligibility Criteria? 

1. The age at the time of maturity for salary is 70 years or retirement (whichever is earlier). If you’re self-employed, the eligibility age is up to 75 years.

2. You should have a valid Aadhar card and PAN card.

3. Income applicants need to be at least 21 years old.

4. You Should be at least 18 years old.

5. The maximum loan tenure can be 30 years.

What is the Hero Housing Finance Home Loan Interest Rate and Application Procedure?

1. Go to the

2. As you scroll down the page, you’ll find a blue form with the heading ‘Request a call back’. Fill in all the information there, including your full name as per PAN card, your mobile number, your Email ID, your state, your city and the loan amount you want to borrow. 

3. Once you fill in your details, you need to tick the declaration checkbox and click on submit.

4. After this, customer care will contact you where you’d be asked about your requirements related to the home loan. Apart from this, they’ll share the next steps you need to take for the application process.

5. You will be asked to submit a set of documents along with the application. After they get cleared, Hero Finance will sanction your loan, and soon your amount will be disbursed, as well.
