Generally the calculation of super built up area is based on the carpet area. You will have to ask your builder to tell you the carpet area. Builders and developers have to mandatorily disclose the carpet area as a part of RERA regulations. Generally, the carpet area is 70% of built up area.
Assuming you have given the built up area as 1080 sq ft. So 70% of it would be carpet area. Once you have this, you can calculate the super built up area using the following formula:
Super built up area = carpet area (1+loading factor)
Loading factor is generally 1.25 in builders opinion while calculating super built up area.
Hope this helps.
