How to check the status of EPFO grievance?

• Go to the EPFIGMS website.

• EPFIGMS Official Website

• Select the "View Status" link.

• You must provide the registration number that was provided to you when you filed your complaint.

• If the complaint was submitted using an earlier version, you can enter the password for the grievance or your phone number or email.

• Then enter the security code that appears on the screen.

• Press the "Submit" key.

• A screen will show the status of your complaint.

• You must provide the registration number that was provided to you when you filed your complaint.

• If the complaint was submitted using an earlier version, you can input the grievance password, mobile number, or email.

• Press the "Submit" button. Your complaint will be sent as a reminder to the relevant department.

How to get EPF grievance registration number?

As I told you, after you submit a grievance, you will get a registration number. 

• After submitting a grievance, if you haven't gotten your EPF grievance registration number, wait for a while (at least 15 minutes). If this doesn't happen, and you still haven't received a confirmation email for your grievance registration, you'll need to re-register your complaint. Generally, internet troubles, technical difficulties with the EPF website, or problems with your browser prevent PF members from receiving a PF grievance registration number.

• Change your browser or try a new system if, even after two or three tries, you are still unable to obtain the grievance registration number. This will address your issue.

• Your grievance registration number can be found on your screen following the successful registration of your EPF complaint. You will also receive an SMS to your mobile device and an email confirmation at the same time.

Employees can use the platform to file complaints about EPF withdrawal requests, EPF passbooks, and other issues. How to get grievance registration number?

Your registration number will be sent to the registered email address once you have submitted an EPF grievance application.  It is advised that you retain your registration number for future use, in the event that you forget your password or login information.

After submitting a grievance, if you do not receive your EPF grievance registration number, you must be thinking how to find grievance registration number. So, I’d like to suggest you to wait for a while (at least 15 minutes), and if you still haven't received a message confirming your grievance registration to your email address, you must reregister your grievance. 

If after two or three attempts you still cannot find the grievance registration number, you should try a different browser or system, and this will solve your issue.
