If you are looking for a plug and play like flat this is a perfect fit. Just walk-in with your clothes and utensils and rest everything is set. Any guest entering your flat, you will always prefer as a family they keep their shoes outside and arranged, so you get a 5*5 ft. Shoe Rack. As you enter, its the Hall that has an 32' LCD on a Wall Unit with an Airtel DTH with sitting Chairs and table. With Kitchen next to Hall you have a Double Door Fridge (262 ltr.), Modular Kitchen along with a Cupboard and loft for your extra belongings, MNGL Connection, Gas Stove with Chimney & Water R.O. Kitchen has Dry Balcony attached to it with a Washing Machine (Panasonic 6.2Kg) and an extra tap in-case you want to wash your utensils outside and not in kitchen.
Both the bedrooms have in-built cupboards and loft, Storage Beds (Queen Size in Guest room & King Size in Master bedroom) with Cotton Mattresses. Guest room has a separate space for your office work, books area and light attached to it. There are two washrooms one with Master Bedroom and one common, both equiped with exhaust fan and geyser.
