I bought a small flat here for rental purpose and so far the returns have been good. The rent in the area is affordable and everything is nearby.

I’ve been renting here for the past eight months, and its peaceful. The area has less traffic, and is ideal if you're working around Yelahanka or Hebbal.

The area is green, with wide roads, but not too many grocery stores or food places are within walking distance.

The roads here are wide roads and it feels safe to walk around. There are only a few food stalls and those apprered pretty unhygenic to me.

It has good roads and transportation is kind of good but water supply isn't that good during summers.
