The area has that quiet feeling. We have basic needs covered, small clinics, stores, and a few parks. Community is decent, and it’s a good place for peaceful living.

Maralakunte is peaceful, no doubt, but I struggle with commuting. My office is in Indiranagar, and travel takes too long. No metro nearby and buses are not frequent either. The greenery is good, and there are a few grocery shops close by.

It has a lot of open land, and development is picking up slowly. There are a few branded projects coming up too. It’s still early days, but I feel it will grow once infrastructure improves. Close proximity to Aerospace Park and airport side is a plus.

I have a 2BHK apartment which I rent out to a small family. Rent isn’t too high, but it’s steady. The area is safe and slowly picking up with new developments. We have good water supply, and roads are better now than before. For anyone looking for long-term stay, this is a good locality.

Have been staying in Maralakunte for almost a year. It is much quieter than other parts of Bangalore. Not much nightlife here, but there are a few nice cafes around. Rent is still affordable, which is why we chose this place. Our apartment has good security. If you like calm surroundings and don’t mind driving a bit, this area is a good choice.
