I like this area a lot. Local trains from Masjid Railway Station save a lot of time. Markets, hospitals, and food joints are all nearby. It feels busy but very convenient.

Pydhonie is a great place if you are working in South Mumbai. I can easily catch a train from the nearby Masjid Railway Station. There are lots of small eateries around. The rent here is affordable for the location.

The area is steadily growing in terms of infrastructure. Markets and the train station are within a short distance. It has great potential for capital appreciation. The rental demand is consistent, mainly from working professionals. If you're looking for long-term growth, this is a good option.

I love the vibe of the area. You’ll find everything you need close by, from groceries to doctors. Roads can be crowded and the noise can be overwhelming at times, but it’s Mumbai that is expected.

The connectivity is good, and Masjid Station is close by. There is heavy traffic, especially during rush hours. It's a safe area. Just wish the roads were in better shape.
