I’ve been living in Jacob Circle for over a year now. Everything’s close—trains, shops, hospitals. But the constant noise and traffic can be overwhelming.

We bought our flat here a decade ago, and it’s one of the best decisions we made. The location connects us to every part of Mumbai. Yes, it’s noisy, but that’s expected in such a central spot.

I’ve owned a place here for years. It’s never hard to find tenants, which is great. But I wish the roads were better maintained and there were more parks.

I invested here thinking central Mumbai would mean quick returns, but it didn’t turn out that way. Rental income is patchy, and the narrow lanes and congestion make it hard to attract good tenants.

Living in Jacob Circle has its pros—location is super convenient, and public transport is easily available. But the lack of greenery and constant buzz can get tiring. It’s practical, not peaceful
