The area is vibrant but the rent is higher compared to other parts of Mumbai. Public transport is easily accessible though and airport is around 8 kms away. There's occasional waterlogging in some lanes which can be a concern.

Investing here is a profitable decision as the area is rapidly growing and connectivity makes it an ideal location to buy property in. There's no direct metro connectivity but airport access increases the value and demand.

The area is clean and safe with regular police patrolling. Living here for over a decade and haven't faced any major challenges here. I am a frequent traveller so airport connectivity really helps.

There are plenty of eateries and supermarkets here which adds vibrancy to the area. It's a nice residential area.

Attended an event at a local hall. The locality is easily accessible via public transport, and the streets are well-lit and safe.
