I own a small house here and there are lots of markets, clinics, and bus stops nearby but there are less malls and shopping complexes.

The roads are quite dusty and transportation is a hassle. Eagerly waiting for the metro to get started.

It is close to industrial zones and tech area such as electronic city. Gets hot and dusty in summer.

While the area is quite and has less traffic, its a bit hard to find autos at night. It is very good if you have your own vehicle.

The metro line under construction is nearby and it will boost property that I had purchased. Roads and drainage need serious attention though.
