I have been living in SJR on Rayasandra Main Road for the past 10 months, and my experience has been a mix of good and bad. This is a safe, peaceful, plenty of greenery, and less crowded area. I have mainly shifted here for work convenience, since it’s 20 minutes away from my office in Kaikondrahalli and 25 minutes away from my husband’s office in Electronic City. Also, the rent is cheaper here compared to HSR Layout, Kaikondrahalli, and even Kasavanahalli. Everything I need is close by, like. For shopping and daily needs, I walk to nearby shops, Reliance Smart Bazaar, and Zudio in Naganathapura, Choodasandra (2.2 km). Domino's Pizza is 1.6 km away, and there are several local restaurants and bakeries on the main road. Medical shops like Raam Medicals (400 m) and Apollo Pharmacy (1.8 km) are within reach. In fact, you can get hospitals, like Medwell Multispeciality Clinic (1.6 km), Springleaf Hospital (2.4 km), and Aarogya Hastha Hospitals (5 km). It's mostly an emerging neighbourhood, with several under-construction properties accessible, such as Assetz Ren & Rei and Assetz Villa Plots. But the infrastructure really needs attention. The biggest drawback is the roads; they’re filled with potholes and become almost impossible during rain. No metro connectivity yet, buses connecting to Silk Board are available, but the frequency is very low. Overall, I will say decent locality for tenants working nearby, but an amazing locality if you are planning to invest or purchase property here.
