Though there are more apartments, parks, and shops but still we face drainage issues. Sometimes there is severe traffic as well.
I’ve been sgtaying here for almost two years and it’s affordable compared to Electronic City. There area has many PGs, small flats, and grocery store nearby but water supply can be an issue in summer, and so is the traffic during peak hours.
My home is close to my work and away from traffic noise. Schools and hospitals are coming up nearby and I love this place.
I bought land here before the big boom and built rental houses.Now there is excellent tenant demand, especially from people who work in Electronic City.
Roads inside are narrow, and traffic near Hosa Road can get busy. Still, rent is reasonable, and everything you need is within 1–2 km.
