As a tenant, I found Basapura to be budget-friendly and well-connected to Electronic City. The roads could be better, but daily needs are easily met.

I rented here while working in Bommanahalli and had faced no serious problem ever. The area has affordable housing options, decent transport access, and nearby grocery stores made life simple. I however did not like the unnecessary traffic congestion due to poor management and noise pollution especially in the weekend.

I visited Basapura recently. The area is developing rapidly, though certain inner roads still need attention. They lack proper street lights and the roads are not at all clean.

Basapura has grown fast in the past 5 years. I invested four years back and is happy to see how my property prices has appreciated. The area is close to NICE Road so rental demand from nearby IT professionals remains high here.

I’ve been renting in Basapura for six months. The locality has reasonable rental properties, helpful neighbors, and nearby metro station are big advantages. The only issue is waterlogging. I might need Uber boat this time, LOL.
