You’ll never run out of things to eat or buy. Though the raods are narrow and full of people, you can move pretty quickly through them.

The area has affordable houses but they can feel a bit cramped and overwhelming if you're used to quieter surroundings.

We’ve had a family home here for generations, The area has improved over the years but the narrow roads are still there.

I bought a shop here years ago, and rental demand has never dropped. Still, paperwork and permits take forever.

Water supply is the biggest headache in this pocket of Govindpura Dooravani Nagar. Heavy trucks passing through nearby roads create a lot of noise and vibration all night.

The streetlights on the main roads of Sankar Nagar Seelampur Shahdara work perfectly fine at night. You can easily catch shared rides to the nearest metro station or train terminal from the corner stand. TBH

Too much dust from open plots and broken road patches makes riding a bike here a pain. Internal streets get heavily flooded during monsoons, making it a nightmare to step out.

Shops for all daily essentials are within walking distance inside Nehru Nagar Kurla. The whole layout feels very safe for walking even late at night after work.

The evening traffic jam near the main crossing of Paud Road is getting worse day by day. Heavy trucks passing through nearby roads create a lot of noise and vibration all night.

Visiting friends in Shirwal is completely fine if you have a bike, but buses get very crowded. We have to walk to the main road for cheap dhabas, photocopy shops, and ATMs. sorted.
