Very prestigious and prominent locality and safe investment too. Property and rental prices are extreme but still the demand remains high but one thing can improve. there's no direct metro access from here so that can be a limitation
Rent is high here but I pay for location. It's quick access to south Mumbai offices and decent cafes but be wary of noise and weekend crowds which can be a bother if you prefer peace
Best locality to live in. The Marine Drive is just around the corner and that's the best part about it. Evenings are so peaceful and calming but the beach becomes too crowded at one time and finding a spot is very tough
