Everything is close by from here. I stayed with my cousin here during my college and I completely loved it. Yes, you will get cheaper options too but the safety here is unmatched honestly. we could go out even after 11 pm and still feel safe

Finding a good rental option is hard here but once you do, it's a great deal. Since my office is close by, i rented here. and it's mostly a government hub so rental options are limited. But its very safe to live here. peaceful as well
