Been living here for years. Peaceful neighbourhood, good community feel. Schools, clinics, and local markets are all nearby. Station access is a big plus. The traffic sometimes become irritating near LBS Road.

Kanjurmarg West has easy commute option via JVLR and LBS Road, plus Kanjurmarg station is close. Lots of grocery stores and D-Mart nearby. Not as crowded as Ghatkopar or Vikroli side, which I like.

Picked a flat here since it’s next to Eastern Express Highway and close to business parks in Powai. Rental demand is strong from the office crowd. The property price appreciation is steady.

Decent place to rent. Basic shops everywhere, and trains are handy. But not many hangout spots right in this area. Mostly, we need to go to Powai for food and fun. Good if you prioritise commute and affordability over lifestyle.

Really happy staying here. Calm residential feel, but business hubs like Hiranandani and Crisil House are a short drive away. Buses from the Kanjurmarg Station stop are frequent. Good cafes and parks around Naval Ground side.

I bought a flat in Kanjurmarg West five years ago. Property prices have steadily appreciated, and the area’s residential vibe with emerging towers makes it a good long-term bet.

I’m renting a 1BHK in Kanjurmarg West—affordable and well-connected. The area has supermarkets, medical shops, and easy access to the Central line, though weekend traffic near the station gets annoying.

Living here as a tenant is convenient for work in Powai. Rents are reasonable, and the locality has a good mix of peace and connectivity. Only drawback: limited nightlife.

Spent a few hours here with a cousin. Residential feel, lots of new buildings coming up. However, traffic during office hours is a bit much.

I invested in a 1BHK here because the locality has high rental demand from Powai and Vikhroli professionals. The metro construction nearby will likely boost prices further.
