It's a premium area in Mumbai so property rates are skyrocketing lately. But development wise, I feel it's a growing locality with strong connectivity to airport and metro, which makes it a posh neighborhood.

We have a house in this area and it's definitely worth the price. Posh, safe, vibrant, and well-connected, you won't regret living here.

It's definitely one of the desirable areas in Mumbai. I have rented one of my properties here and I know how strong the demand is from tenants, especially from professionals and families. The rental yield is around 4 % which usually fluctuates depending on the type of property within JVPD.

I moved here last year with my family. It's a vibrant locality and well-developed too. Malls and markets are close too. There are lots of cafes around as well. Rent is a bit higher than other areas though.

Good locality but rental properties are too expensive here. On the positive side, I like the cafes and vibrant atmosphere here during the weekends
