Great locality, although rent is a bit high. It has all the amenities you will need. Good hospitals, popular malls, markets, parks, and beaches too.
I've rented a 2 BHK here and it's been great. The beach nearby is the huge plus. Malls and markets are within 5 mins from my apartment. Metro also helps to commute far.
I was house‑hunting here. Amenities like schools and clinics are nearby but drainage is poor and lanes too narrow .
