Feels like a proper old-school Mumbai neighborhood. The location sells itself, the proximity to Juhu, metro, schools, and hospitals. but there’s little space left for greenery or walking. Becoming cramped.

The locality isn’t well-known to outsiders, so appreciation is slow compared to areas like Versova or Lokhandwala. Still, the yield is decent. Infrastructure is aging though so redevelopment might help

I came for a short stay and loved the local vibe. The shops nearby are great, but walking here is tough due to cramped lanes.

The area feels safe, but it’s noisy almost all day due to constant traffic and commercial activity. Rent is too high considering the old infrastructure and amenities. Societies are aging.

My reason to shift here was it's close to my office. It's a nice area in Andheri but finding a budget-friendly apartment was a task here as the starting price is Rs, 40,000 for 1 BHK which is a lot if you ask. It's all because of the location. It's close to airport, Juhu beach, famous temples,and major commercial places.
