But for the rent we’re paying, it’s a very convenient place to stay in the middle of Mumbai.
What I appreciate the most is how well connected Kanchpada is. Whether it’s the railway station, the metro, or buses, everything is within reach. That means demand is always there. I bought this flat primarily for rental income, and it’s been consistent for years now.
