The location is close to my office in Bagmane Tech Park and the Metro isn’t too far either. Though the area is clam but there is power outtage and water issues.

There are lots of IT employees looking for affordable housing close to work. It’s not high-end, but definitely stable for long-term investment.

The best part about living here is the community. The streets are usually quiet, but streets are narrow, and multi-car families struggle with space.

My flat is a bit old, but the rent is affordable. No major complaints other than patchy garbage collection in some corners.

The biggest drawback is that public transport access is limited unless you're close to the main road. Rest is good.
