Living here means I don’t have to go far for anything. Groceries, chemists, salons, tailoring, street food, all are within walking distance. It’s convenient and saves time. But the lanes are narrow and full of parked bikes and autos. It’s always crowded

It's well connected to Kandivali and Malad. There are frquent buses too. But It’s a noisy area, especially in the evenings. If you like calm, this is not the place.

Solid rental demand here. I’ve never had trouble finding tenants. Be it bachelors, small families, or couples, people want to stay here because of its connectivity and affordability. The only problem I find is there’s barely any parking. Even residents park on the road, and finding space for a car in the evening is nearly impossible

Public transport is great here. Local buses, shared autos, even the metro station at Kandarpada is just 10–15 minutes away.

Compared to Mahavir Nagar or Charkop, Irani Wadi has lower entry prices and similar rental yield, especially for 1 BHKs. It’s a smart rental pocket.
