Very quiet and peaceful area. I love how it's away from too much noise and still so close to many necessary amenities like markets and malls. There are many IT parks nearby

I love how close to Indiranagar it is. It helps me explore the city via the metro easily without the traffic burden. Rental spaces are not very expensive either like that in Indiranagar.

In general, I like the area but the Old Airport Road traffic is a thing to be concerned about. Peak hour congestion is so difficult to get through sometimes.

Since this is close to HAL, the constant noise from the traffic can be burdensome if you're living just off the main road. On the good side, this has many premium apartments and housing options at reasonable pricing than other posh areas

Good connectivity and developed infrastructure makes it a promising area for buying and renting out. But Resale potential is a bit low as some buildings have structural defects and poor maintainance in common amenities
