Great locality. great atmosphere and good restaurents and cafes nearby to chill. I think it would be a good fit for professionals and even students

The locality has many good points. you have access to almost everything - schools, hospitals, malls, cafes, bars, museums, historical places and many more. it's a pleasant area

One thing i dislike is the limited open spaces here. it's becoming too crowded and has hardly any public parking
