Though it's a main road, we live in a lane that’s quiet and safe. I regularly go for evening walks and there’s good lighting and police patrolling. But due to the heavy traffic in the main road, air quality isn’t ideal. My mother who has asthma feels the difference during peak hours.

I’ve been renting here for the past 4 years as it gives me easy access to both work in Malleshwaram and my daughter’s school in Rajajinagar. If you’re near a junction or Metro construction site, it’s extremely noisy. Even at night, vehicles honk.

The area has seen consistent capital growth. My apartment's value has more than doubled since I bought it. The area is also close to the metro and with the constant demand for rentals, it’s a great long-term asset.

It’s calm, green, and pedestrian-friendly. It doesn’t feel like the rest of chaotic Bangalore. But you can see many rental apartments are in older buildings with no lifts, poor plumbing, or small balconies. Newer flats are rare and get grabbed quickly.

The dust levels are quite high here, especially near signal points or underpasses. I have to clean the house twice a day sometimes. Also, too much traffic and noise ruins the residential vibe if you're living close to main road.
