It's very good area. parks and cafes are close to my apartment, and there's always some fun events happen like book launches and book clubs so it's very vibrant

Rent is fine here, much reasonable for the convenience. metro is within 1 km. railway stations are close too. traffic can be bothersome sometimes during morning hours

Great area for students and professionals. My brother and I have rented a flat in 9th main road near 1522. It's very close to the metro and other things like hospitals and malls. there have been no major issue so far
