Autos are easy to find, and my office shuttle comes right to the gate. Weekends are peaceful, though parking can get a bit tight on bylanes.

Rent never delays here, and tenants mostly prefer long-term. Local vendors are plenty, and the civic body has been fairly responsive over time

Attended a housewarming in the colony and was surprised how clean and quiet it was. Roads are decent but some parts had street parking overload.

Rental inflow has been steady. The location sells itself, close to Indiranagar and metro, yet not too commercialised. Scope for growth is strong
