Its a popular area famous for HAL museum..living here is a bit problem bec of noise, dust everywhere..also finding local autos who agree to short distance fares around Wind Tunnel Road is nearly impossible..

The plus point is its close to Marathahalli, which is great for techies and nightlife options..but the main road traffic noise has definitely gotten worse over the years.

Its not a peaceful neighborhood..but i like that its located between indiranagar and marathahalli, great for work life balance:)

rental demand is great here...I am looking to acquire residential plots near Ramesh Nagar for future multi story builder floor configurations. The older layout structures offer great scope for redevelopment into compact luxury rentals. the entry pricing is high but the risk of vacancy is incredibly low
