It is one of the affordable areas in Mumbai, atleast if we compare to nearby regions. I like it here. it's safe, not too crowded or noisy and inner lanes feels peaceful although a bit congested because of too many buildings but works fine

I love how it's close to everything and still a better pricing for rental flats. But the problem is in aging infrastructure. i have noticed the buildings are old and very frail. lack of modern amenities like lift and power backup in some areas, also limited cafe options

Mumbai Central is very close from here. there are tons of hospitals and schools nearby. all of this makes it the best residential town in Mumbai. Plus properties aren't too high on prices. and there are many tousist spots nearby like zoos and gardens and museums. Great place

Since it is so close to stations and other infrastructure, the demand can never go low. ROI is good as the area is developing now and will improve more in near future. Smart investment according to me

I used to like this place when I moved in. now it's just too many buildings and markets around that kills the open space vibe. I know it's improving the social infrasturcture and housing needs but there needs to be more green spaces within the area.
