Pros: The modular (factory work) quality is excellent and installation is also done timely. The workers are skilled and considerate of the feelings of the owners so worked very cautiously ensuring no collateral wear and tear to the flat. The project manager assigned was also quite professional and knowledgeable. He ensured smooth coordination and timely completion. Notably Nishant Jadhav and his supervisor Ashwin did great work behind the scenes. Cons: The designers are not very skilled. They lacked creativity which I think is core requirement for this job. The Sales staff traps you at a quotation which appreciates almost 60% by the time design is completed. No justification why the prices are increased after each design iteration. Escalations do not work and takes time to reach at someone who's in decision making position. They don't seem serious about your concerns and requirements once you sign the contract. Overall: The modular quality is at par (not sure about carpentry and civil work). The execution is smooth. The design phase is exhausting. Sales is a trap so be cautious. Giving 4 stars only because of modular quality and execution timely completion.

It was a pleasure working with our designer, Pritya. She was always open to discussions, patiently listened to our ideas, and never pushed us to opt for suggestions that would unnecessarily increase our budget. Since we had budget constraints, she guided us accordingly and helped us make practical decisions without compromising the overall design. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide a little more guidance on the overall interior design of the house beyond the modular components. However, we understand that our project was limited to modular work only, with no broker .Within that scope, Pritya did a commendable job.

We got our interiors done by Nobroker recently for 1 BHK.. the process was easy... Our designer Raj Bhoite did a very fantastic job in keeps things minimal as we prefered it. The designing process was very smooth.. our project manager Mr Gopal has done a great job in making sure the design turnout to be in reality. One of the foyer Door was broken during transit and it was replaced too. It would have been a 5 star if the project timeline is met as planned during execution. Nobroken direct services were good but they depend on vendors for assembling and labour availablity was a problem.. we had delay of 15-20 days.. Apart from that.. everything else is very good...

I recently completed my home interior project with NoBroker Interiors, and my experience was largely positive, with a few areas that could be improved. The standout aspect was the execution, managed by the Project Manager, Abhinay. He handled coordination and on-site implementation very effectively while ensuring that timelines were maintained. His proactive approach, responsiveness, and problem-solving mindset made a significant difference. I’m very pleased with how smoothly the execution was carried out under his supervision. On the other hand, there need just some improvisation in communication between the designer allocated to us and the manufacturing team. The miscommunication let to bedroom wardrobe and kitchen lamination color variations with those discussed. When it comes to pricing, NoBroker Interiors is on the premium side. However, they do honor their commitments and ensure that the project is completed as promised, which is valuable if you’re looking for a hassle-free experience. Overall, I would recommend NoBroker Interiors as a dependable choice, particularly if strong execution and project management are your priorities. That said, there is still room for enhancement in design detailing.

Hello everyone, i have taken the home interior services from No broker. No broker team provides excellent services in all respect from start to end. Specially the designer “Yukta” and the project manager “Zaki Patel” solves the problem whenever it arises. They supported a lot to us in completion of the installation in timely manner. Hello everyone! We recommend No Broker, Wakad Pune for end ro end interiors design and execution. We did our 3 BHK home end to end design and execution with No Broker interior team. Visited NoBroker Wakad for home interiors and had a great initial experience, thanks to Ankita Shukla and Tripti Gupta. Tripti is a highly talented designer who gave us amazing initial concepts and practical suggestions. Ankit, our RM, Talented professional, ensured total transparency and detail in the process, quality materials they used, which gave us the confidence to choose them. We had our interior work done through NoBroker Interior last year, and I’d like to share an honest and straightforward review. Here are the aspects that matter most to me: 1. Design 2. Execution 3. Quality of Materials 4. Quality of Work 5. Adherence to Timeframe 6. Adherence to Commitments 7. Ownership and Proactiveness Considering all of the above: • 80% of the aspects exceeded my expectations, and I’m genuinely delighted with the results. • 10% met my expectations, and I’m satisfied with the outcome. • I was dissatisfied with 8–10% of the aspects. (I understand that the interior segment has its own challenges, but there is scope for improvement.) One thing I absolutely want to emphasize: I can fully trust them to give me the right advice. Time and again, I’ve noticed that when there’s a potential conflict between my best interests and increasing their invoice, their guidance has always been aligned with what’s best for me. That level of integrity really stands out. Kudos to the team for that! I also want to call out Shilpa Panchal, the Principal Designer, for her hard work, patience, and commitment to the project. P.S. My rating is 4.5 out of 5, but Google does not allow fractional ratings. This review was originally written about 8 months ago, soon after the project was completed, and is being reposted due to operational reasons.
