Exciting Bedroom Wall Tiles Design That You Can Start With

Vintage Style Pottery Tiles

Ceramic is a trend, even if you opt for a more vintage or classic design. This option is ideal for rustic-style bedrooms. When combined with the furniture, this new generation of hydraulic tiles will create a unique space full of personality.

If you want to enhance the decorative effect of this type of ceramic, try experimenting with some raw wooden or metallic furniture to achieve the desired room design. For example, one option is to install it on the wall and the first tile line of the floor. In this way, the floor will look like an extension of your walls, giving depth and visual breadth to the bedroom.

Modern Bedroom Wall Tiles Design

Well! Vintage is not everyone's cup of tea, and that's quite alright. Minimalistic tiles designed for bedroom walls in India are evolving with time and gaining popularity as the trendiest decor.

(This minimalistic bedroom with a set black and white contrast looks almost like a hotel room. The pattern of tiles recreates a beautiful decor on the wall.)

With warm hues and simplistic patterns, such room designs are captivating and calm at the same time. They exude warmth and comfort. Here, you see a spacious room fitted with a bathtub. Covered with windows on two sides, the room doesn't leave much space for walls. But the hardwood look wall behind the bed adds a much-needed charm to the room.

3-D Wall Tiles Design for Bedroom

(The beige shade in the background adds substance to the room. The long block tiles in the 3-D pattern look industrial and elegant at the same time.)

3-D bedroom wall tiles designs are an exciting way to add substance to your room. You can even find some patterns that will result in an illusion. Edges and corners of these tiles result in concave and convex, thus giving a 3-D rendering to the space. Usually made of either ceramic or porcelain, these tiles provide a rich decorative effect to the room. You can even get your customised designs in these tiles.

Wooden Wall Tiles for Bedroom

(Brown tiles with 3-D patterns almost look like actual wood in this dark hue setting.)

Hardwood comes with a lot of cons. So, if you are craving a cabin-like cosy vibe in your bedroom, go for tiles that will look exactly like hardwood. Unlike wood, these tiles won't get scratched or stained. You can easily install them regardless of your geographical location. Here, you see a room donned with multiple shades of brown. To make the backdrop much more alluring and exciting, wooden 3-D tiles are installed. The pattern is in contrast with the adjacent floor to ceiling windows.

Ceramic Wall Tiles for Bedroom

Are you looking for a durable bedroom wall tiles design option that also offers temperature control? Go for ceramic tiles. Not only are they eco-friendly but also very easy to clean and maintain. Ceramic tiles also show resistance to any moisture and stains, thus preventing seepage issues. You can easily find ceramic tiles in several colours and designs. Here, you see a pastel-shaded bedroom with the backdrop of a blue wall. The naturally occurring design on the tiles creates a nice texture for the room.

Decorative Wall Tiles for Bedroom

(You can customise the pattern from a digital print. With the right furniture, it will help create a royal look in your bedroom.)

If minimalistic ain't your thing, choose decorative tiles. Such tiles come in multiple styles and patterns inspired by art forms from all over the world. You can select classic Indian designs for a cultural vibe in your room. Based on what you want the space to look like, you can choose multiple patterns and arrange them properly. You can also select your designs and get them printed on a sheet of tiles or fibreglass.

(Geometric patterns are pretty versatile and never go out of fashion. With the right decor, it will help create a subtle symmetry in the background.)

Brick Tiles for Bedroom Walls

(Brick wall tiles go well with darker shades and industrial ceilings.)

The rustic look is trendy. There's no doubt that the allure for raw brick walls is attracting new homeowners due to its unique aspect. If you're not a fan of the classic red shade, you can even look for other faded versions from the same colour scheme. Based on further style division, you can opt for even or uneven brick patterns. You can even go for a modern and sleek version that looks more crafted than rustic. Here, you see a consistent brick pattern on the wall with varying shades. Darker tiles seem to create a design within the wall itself.

(With a natural stone look, these tiles have different colours and uneven symmetry.)

Set of Textures on Your Wall

Wall Tiles can also set up textured effects that create a unique warmth and natural feel. Textured tiles manage to find the perfect combination between elegance and vitality. To give your bedroom a new look, choosing various textures while choosing your wall tiles is a wise move. You can combine the colours and their textured finish to achieve greater depth and contrast.

Simple Wall Bedroom Wall Tiles Design Ideas

If you are not much for the latest trends or quirky designs, go for simpler tile patterns. Such tiles will give you a subtle, classic look that is neither too expensive nor too distracting. If you are not looking for a plain colour-block pattern, you will also find simple tiles with some light embedded patterns. Here, you see a simple mosaic in the shades of beige. You get a bit of 3-D texture and difference in shades, but overall, it exudes simplicity.

Why Should You Prefer Tiles Instead of Paint or Wallpapers for Your Bedroom Walls?

Planning for a renovation is almost like half the work done. Once you have decided everything that needs to be upgraded, you can quickly begin with the next step. Walls occupy the largest surface area in any room and hold the capacity to turn around its look completely. While commonly people go for paint or wallpapers, there is another option of tiles. Tiles are usually found in our kitchens or bathroom walls but are incredibly beneficial for other rooms as well. Here are some of the benefits of installing tiles on your bedroom walls:

Easy Cleaning Procedure

Once you get the walls painted or wallpapered, fewer options are left to clean them properly regularly. As a result, you start seeing scuff marks, fingerprints and dust stains after some time. But with tiles, you can easily wipe the area to clean it without worrying about any long-lasting damages.

More Durable

When was the last time you had your kitchen or bathroom tiles changed? Probably not since their installation. But since then, you have indeed repainted or changed wallpapers in your room. Again, it is because tiles are efficient and more durable in the longer run.

Plenty of Options

If you are worried about the range of designs and colours, tiles will surely surprise you. With numerous types, sizes and patterns, you can choose the one that suits your room best. For example, if you are not interested in the classic square shape, go for different geometrical patterns or large plank tiles.

No Seepage Issues

Every monsoon, we notice a slow deterioration of wall paint. With the constant moisture, the colour can start coming off and make your room look more unpleasant. But tiles are usually waterproof and safe for all seasons.

A bedroom is your sanctuary in the home. It is where you spend some of the most relaxing hours in self-introspection or trying to unwind from a stressful day at work. While most of us might not afford the bedroom of our dreams, we can indeed ensure that we are making the best of what's available to us. A renovation will help change the outlook of the place and bring forth multiple new benefits as well. If you are looking for safe and sturdy options for your bedroom walls, installing tiles is one idea that you should look into. The above-mentioned bedroom wall tiles designs are some of the latest opportunities. Looking for the most experienced professionals at the lowest quote? My daughter who is studying architecture in college came with me to the HSR center. She was quizzing the consultant about material sustainability—whether the plywood is from certified sources, if the laminates have low VOC emissions, what happens to waste material from the factory. The consultant handled every question and even pulled up their material certification documents. My daughter was impressed. She told me later: 'Appa, this company actually knows their supply chain, not just their design.' When a 20-year-old architecture student validates your choice, you know you've picked right.

Just finished the design phase with NoBroker interiors. I really appreciate the efforts done by our designer Sujendra Shetty. He helped and guided us in all designs we finalised. He was really patient while we took our time to finalise the designs and when we did material reselection. He was proffesional yet friendly and made the design phase smooth for us. We would be starting the production soon and I will update this review on project completion.

Specifically writing about the false ceiling consultation at the center. I didnt know there was so much to know about ceilings! The designer showed us different options—gypsum board, POP, wooden grid, MDF panels—and explained which works best for which room. The living room got a peripheral cove lighting design with warm LEDs, the bedroom got a simple recessed light plan (she said elaborate ceilings in bedrooms can feel oppressive when your lying down, which makes total sense), and the kids room got a small starlight panel. She also planned all the AC routing, curtain pelmet concealment, and speaker cable channels inside the false ceiling so nothing is visible. The ceiling alone transformed how our rooms feel. Also, their false ceiling pricing per sq ft was pretty competitive—I had checked with two separate contractors before.

I am from Kadugodi and was looking for modular furniture solutions for our new apartment. The NoBroker Varthur experience center had an extensive display of TV units, shoe racks, foyer designs, and partition options. The team helped me plan an open kitchen with a breakfast counter that would double as a partition. Creative and practical solutions! Highly satisfied with the visit.

We visited the NoBroker Varthur center for our villa interior project in Sarjapur Road. The design team was fantastic in understanding our preference for a blend of traditional and contemporary styles. They showed us premium material options including solid wood, veneer, and high-gloss acrylic finishes. The TV unit and crockery unit designs on display were stunning. Highly recommended for villa owners!

This review is from a couple who fights about everything haha. I wanted dark colors and modern look, my husband wanted light wood and earthy tones. The designer at Varthur center literally played mediator. She showed us a concept where the common areas (living room, kitchen) use light wooden textures that my husband likes, and the master bedroom uses the darker charcoal tones that I prefer. The kids room got a neutral palette with colorful accents. Everyone happy. She called it 'transitional design' where different zones have different personalities but connected by a common accent color (we chose teal). The 3D walkthrough she made showed exactly how it all flows together. I showed it to 3 friends and they all said it looks like something out of Architectural Digest. OK maybe I'm exaggerating a little but you get the point. We both love it.

We visited the HSR NoBroker experience center for flooring and wall treatment options for our living room. The team showed us various options including wooden flooring, vitrified tiles, and designer wall panels. They explained the pros and cons of each option for Bangalore's climate. The combination of textured wall panels with warm lighting they suggested transformed our visualization completely.

We are from Thanisandra and visited the center for our villa interior project. The designer adapted her approach for a larger independent house—didn't just scale up apartment designs. She proposed separate design personalities for ground floor (where guests are entertained—formal, elegant) and first floor (private family spaces—warm, casual). The staircase got under-staircase pull-out storage that holds 30 pairs of shoes. The double-height living room got a dramatic false ceiling with a chandelier recess. The master bedroom got a walk-in closet design instead of a regular wardrobe. Villa interiors need different thinking than apartment interiors and this team clearly has experience with both formats.

I had a great experience with NoBroker Interiors at the HRBR Experience Centre. The entire process was smooth and well-managed. Pradnyan (Designer) did an excellent job in understanding our requirements and providing thoughtful design solutions. Unnav from Sales was very supportive and ensured everything was clearly explained and well-coordinated throughout the process. Hetal also gave a detailed explanation, making it easy for us to understand every aspect. Overall, the team was professional, responsive, and helpful. Looking forward to moving ahead with them!

Something specific about the Horamavu team that I havent seen mentioned in other reviews—they offer a FREE pre-site-assessment before giving you any quotation. An engineer visits your apartment, checks wall conditions for dampness, verifies electrical point locations, measures ceiling height variations (builder flats often have slightly uneven ceilings), checks floor levelness, and documents any structural elements like beams and pillars that affect furniture placement. All this BEFORE you pay a single rupee. This assessment report then becomes the foundation for an accurate design and quotation. Other companies quote based on a floor plan drawing alone without ever seeing the actual site conditions. That's like prescribing medicine without examining the patient.

As a working professional with limited time to manage contractors, the project management aspect is what attracted me. Visited the center with a Pinterest board of 47 saved kitchen images. The consultant didn’t get overwhelmed. She patiently went through each one, identified common elements I was drawn to (handleless cabinets, wooden textures, open shelving), and created a unified design that captured the essence of all those pins. She basically translated my chaotic Pinterest board into a cohesive design. Overall we are very satisfied with the entire experience from start to finish.
