The full form of RERA is Real Estate Regulatory Act (RERA).The main function of the act is to safeguard the interest of the buyer and the seller in any real estate transaction. Builders have to register the properties under RERA.
There is no price per sq ft as per RERA as the authority does not fix property price. It just acts as a regulator for legal measures.
You can check whether a property is registered under RERA by checking the RERA website of different states. You can see the commencement certificate, legal title report, building plan approval (IOD), layout approval and the draft agreement for sale etc but not the price.
