We currently stay in a rented house so we looked at this project last week, and we ended up purchasing a three-bedroom flat. The Sobha Dream Acres 3 BHK price starts from Rs 8 crores onwards. Considering real estate costs in Thane, I believe it is worthwhile.

Located near Lilavati Hospital and Research Centre in General Arunkumar Vaidya Nagar, Bandra West, Mumbai, the DLH Signature address has excellent transport links to the rest of the city. I recently inquired about the DLH Signature 4 BHK price from my friend who bought a 3 BHK here. He informed me that, as far as I know, this project will not offer four BHK. You may verify it for yourself by visiting this project. He said that overall, this is a great project and that I should invest here.

I visited DLH Signature in Bandra West, Mumbai, last month because I was considering making an investment there. It is quite pricey, but the flats are well-built, in my opinion. This project is building high-rise structures in a fantastic way, giving it a foreign look and providing a view of the Arabian Sea. Here, each apartment has a private deck and you can dive into the Infinity Edge Pool.

It has RERA approval and the DLH Signature RERA number is P51800046093. I overall liked this project. As the DLH Signature possession date is December 2026, so I decided to wait for a few more months before making the final decision.
