I suggest you buy the property provided the sale agreement is signed both by the property owner and Builder "Confirming and Consenting parties". It will ensure a clear title of the property for future purposes. You’ll also need to take an "indemnity bond" by the property owner and builder to indemnify you against all future legal litigations/losses, etc.

What is the correct way of buying property where builder endorsement is required? Builder says that post endorsement it will take 3 months to make sale deed.
