As far as I know. CRN stands for Customer Relationship Number.  I am a Kotak Mahindra Bank customer and I have multiple accounts but my Kotak CRN number is the same for all of my accounts. Customer Relationship Number is allotted by Kotak Mahindra Bank to the customers. Let me share how you can get CRN number through whatsapp:

• Add 022 6600 6022 to your contacts.

• Now open WhatsApp and search for the contact. 

• You will see a list of services available on the chat, send Help as a message.

• Next, type the service number written against the service for availing CRN number

• You will be asked to enter the 6 digits OTP on WhatsApp. You will get the CRN number on your mobile phone.
